Description

HFAE emulsified oils are developed for the hydraulic support system of underground comprehensive mining, formulated with some petroleum products and imported surfactants, rust inhibitors, preservatives, etc. The formulation has been adjusted compared to the previously used emulsified oil. It has less environmental pollution with biodegradability, almost no damage to human skin, better anti-corrosion and rust prevention, no oil or soap separation, and good stability.

Performance Characteristics

Water-based emulsion fluid is clear and transparent, and will not precipitate particles and suspended solids

The  concentration ratio is 3-5%, and the concentration can be measured by a portable refractometer

Good thermal stability, good defoaming performance, suitable for water with different hardness

Adopted special additives can fully protect the operation of the support system, preventing rust and corrosion, and reducing component replacement;

Good lubrication, which can form a protective film on the surface of the workpiece;

Even in low concentrations and poor water quality conditions, it still has good rust and corrosion resistance.
