Product Introduction:

MFD type hydraulic support antifreeze is developed by our company specifically to solve the antifreeze problem of hydraulic equipment including hydraulic support during ground testing, storage, well lifting maintenance, and factory transportation in severe cold seasons. This product is formulated by POE and various functional additives such as efficient antirust additive, anti-corrosion additive, and antiwear additive and water, which has good antirust performance and compatibility with sealing materials, and excellent antifreeze performance which can protect equipment for normal operation at low temperatures.

Performances

● Ensuring lubrication, stability, filtration, antirust, anticorrosion performances, and good compatibility with sealing materials for hydraulic supports,applicable to various hydraulic transmission devices.

● This product can meet the strict requirements of the hydraulic support system under low temperatures such as ground testing, well lifting, and transportation in winter, which can withstand minus tens of degrees Celsius temperatures to ensure the safety and normal operation of the entire hydraulic support system, and prevent equipment damage due to freezing.

● All performance parameters can meet the requirements of the coal industry standard MT76-2011 and enterprise standard Q/TOOLX002-2019, and are miscible with our company's concentrated solution.

● Good compatibility with sealing materials and rubber pads, without damaging the sealing components.
