Description

This series of products consists of HH-LE32 light load engine coolant additive package and HH-HE32 heavy load engine coolant additive package.

Adopting internationally advanced low silicate protection technology, technical improvements and quality upgrades have been made to similar international products.

Made using efficient corrosion inhibitor technology combined with advanced inorganic corrosion inhibitors. The combination of dual anionic silicon stabilizers and efficient corrosion inhibitors effectively prevents the formation of silica gel precipitation, providing first-class rust and corrosion protection for all metal parts in cooling systems, especially cast iron, steel, copper, solder, aluminum, and aluminum alloys.

HH-HE32 combines efficient anti cavitation suppression technology on the basis of HH-LE32 to provide effective protection for wet cylinder liners of heavy-duty vehicles.

It has excellent corrosion resistance and scale inhibition performance, and is easy to produce.

 

Applications

HH-LE32 and HH-HE32 are used to mix ethylene glycol and propylene glycol engine coolant concentrates.

HH-LE32 is suitable for cooling systems of light load engines in various passenger cars, small and medium-sized commercial vehicles, etc.

HH-HE32 is suitable for various high-performance diesel engines such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, mining vehicles, engineering machinery, generator sets, and other wet cylinder liner heavy-duty cooling systems.

Cooling liquid produced using HH-LE32 and HH-HE32

It does not contain phosphate or amine substances.

It has long-term stability and anti-corrosion protection performance.

The coolant products produced using HH-LE32 meet the performance requirements of ASTM D3306, while the coolant products produced using HH-HE32 meet the performance requirements of ASTM D6210. At the same time, both products meet the requirements of national and institutional standards such as GB 29743, ASTM D4985, SAE J 814, SAE J 1034, BS 6580, JIS K2233, KSM 2142K, etc.

HH-LE32 can meet the driving range of 2 years/100000 kilometers, while HH-HE32 can meet the driving range of 2 years/200000 kilometers.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage of HH-LE32 and HH-HE32 in the coolant concentrate is 10% (internal addition method)

 

Usage

Mix and filter HH-LE32 or HH-HE32 with the recommended dosage of ethylene glycol in the corresponding proportion to obtain 100% concentrated coolant.

 

Storage

Store in original sealed containers in a cool and shaded environment. Do not use galvanized containers for storage.
