Introduction
This product is a high-quality coolant additive specially designed to meet the technical requirements of Japanese and Korean automotive products.
Based on phosphate enhanced organic acid technology (HH-P-OAT), it is a long-term coolant additive.
By carefully blending organic carboxylic acid corrosion inhibitors with phosphates, the problems of traditional phosphate based products such as aluminum blackening, poor heat transfer, and poor hard water resistance have been solved.
By chelating with polymer functional agents, we provide first-class rust and corrosion protection for all metal parts of the cooling system, especially for aluminum and aluminum alloys.
On the basis of HH-P-OAT-L10, HH-P-OAT-H10 combines efficient anti cavitation suppression technology to provide effective protection for wet cylinder liners of heavy-duty vehicles.
It has excellent rust resistance, pitting resistance, and scale inhibition performance, making production easy and feasible.
Applications
HH-P-OAT-L10, HH-P-OAT-H10, and HH-P-OAT-B are used to prepare ethylene glycol and propylene glycol engine coolant concentrates.
HH-P-OAT-L10 is suitable for various light load engine cooling systems such as passenger cars and small and medium-sized commercial vehicles.
HH-P-OAT-H10 is suitable for long-term use of heavy-duty diesel engines with high strengthening coefficient wet cylinder liners in trucks, buses, generator sets, construction machinery, and other industries.

Usage
Add HH-P-OAT-L10A or HH-P-OAT-H10A to the corresponding proportion of ethylene glycol according to the recommended amount, stir evenly, add HH-P-OAT-B, mix thoroughly, and filter to obtain 100% coolant concentrate.
Storage
Store in original sealed containers in a cool and shaded environment. Do not use galvanized containers for storage.
