Details

T615 VII Viscosity Index Improver

Ethylene-propylene Copolymer

Product Feature:

1. Improve the viscosity-temperature performance of oil products. The internal combustion engine oils formulated with T615 have good low-temperature start-up performance and high temperature lubrication, which can meet the requirements of multiple viscosity levels, which can be used in all the seasons.

2. Saving fuel, reducing the consumption of lubricating oils and fuel

3. Strong thickening ability with small dosage, reducing the production cost

4. Excellent shear stability. Under the shearing stress, it can maintain the original viscosity level, reducing abrasion for ensuring the lubrication between the moving parts

5. Able to being used in various lubricants, simplifying the applications of oil products

6. Able to turn low-viscosity oils into high-viscosity oils, increasing the output of heavy oils

Applications:

Used in the engine oils, industrial lubricating oils

used as sealant, adhesive, rubber, etc

Used for many formulations of the internal combustion engine oils, such as CF-4,CH-4,CI-4CJ-4 and CK-4, gas engine oils, four-stroke motorcycle oils, API SN 5W/30,SM 5W/30,SJ 10W/30,SJ 15W/40,SJ 20W/50, etc

Production Process:

Dry glue + base oil → hot-melt glue → high-temperature oxidation degradation (after adding oxidizing medium) → finish product

Comparison:

(Compared with LZ7067C and paratone 8900E, T615 has lower molecular weight and excellent high temperature detergency)

I. These four kinds of dry gums were dissolved in base oil at 15% first, and then evaluate the parameters based on adding 10% of the above mixturer into HVI150 as follows:
