Synthetic Ester Base Oil for Biodegradable Difficult-flammble Hydraulic Fluid(HFDU)

Description:

Ester base oil series for difficult-flammble hydraulic oils are refined through the special-technique treatment process after the reaction between neo-polyhydric alcohol and long carbon chain unsaturated fatty acid or diacid. It is especially suitable for HFDU) and biodegradable HEES hydraulic oils.

These ester series have good fire-resistance performance, meeting the industry standards for the special needed applications including fire-resistant hydraulic oils and processing industry, which can reduce the abrasions and prolong the service life of tools/rolling wheel and improve the surface smoothness so that the cost of reprocessing workpieces can be reduced.

It can be safely used in pure-oil cutting, especially for the high requirements of generating heat, maximum lubricity, prolonging the service life and improving surface smoothness.

It can be used in alkaline water-based products without going bad, maintaining its lubricity. It has no bad influence for physical forms and performances of the tools in a variety of hot and cold climate conditions.

Key Performance Benefits:

1. High flash point

2. High ignition point

3. Good fire-resistance performance, reducing the flaming possibility when contacting with hot metal, electric spark and flame or encountering the rupture of hydraulic oil circuit or oil leakage.

4. High viscosity index and wide service temperature

5. Good corrosion and rust resistance, excellent lubrication performance

6. Excellent thermal stability, prolonging the oil change period

7. Without releasing toxic gas when contacting the tool surface at high temperatures

8. Excellent emulsification and foam resistance

Biodegradable, no pollution to the environment.

Precautions for Use:

When blending hydraulic oils formulated with this ester base oil, the content of mineral oils in the formula should be less than 5%. When replacing water-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, the water content in the formula should be less than 0.2%. When replacing phosphate ester, pay attention to the compatibility and miscibility of seals.
