Description:
Ester-based PAO series are a kind of the full-synthetic lubricant base oils with unique molecular structures(ester-based olefin copolymer).This series are high-quality base oils with all the excellent performances of Group IV and V base oils, combining the polarity&functions of ester and PAO. Ester-base PAO used as base oils has many unique properties including good solubility of the additives, greatly reducing the friction and wear, preventing the foam formation and controlling the formation of the oil deposits, etc. Because of a wider temperature range, ester-based PAO can form high-strength lubricating films on a wider variety of materials, resulting in longer lubrication time and superior lubrication results, and extending the service life of the equipment.
Ester-based PAO series won't generate the smoke, dangerous gases and carbon residue under the condition of high temperature combustion or evaporation, so that this series can blend low smoke two-stroke engine oils or environmental protection industrial gear oils. Ester-based PAO used as the base oil can show the neutral or slightly swelling performance for the common sealing materials. when used with PAO or Group III base oils, the swelling additives for increasing ester sealing are not needed.
